Overall happy with device

I purchased the tabletop red light device for targeted treatment. The shipping was quite quick, considering it came from Melbourne, and it arrived well-packaged. The device itself feels sturdy and works as expected; I've been using it for joint pain and have noticed some improvement. The only small thing was that tracking updates were a bit sparse initially, so I wasn't always sure where it was. But customer service was responsive when I inquired. Joovv is super well-known but Leredd seems to offer similar specs for a bit less sometimes. I went with Leredd for my panel because of the price point and haven't had any complaints.

I've used both at different places. Joovv feels more 'premium' maybe, but the actual effects from Leredd are pretty much the same for me. Leredd might be a better value if budget is a factor.

From what I understand, they're more in the wellness/recovery category, not explicitly 'medical grade' in the way a hospital device would be. But they're designed for therapeutic use.

I don't think they're FDA approved or anything like that if that's what you mean by medical grade. But they use the right wavelengths and stuff for light therapy benefits. Good for personal use.

They ship from Melbourne, Australia. So to LA, you're probably looking at a bit longer than domestic. I'd factor in at least a week or two, maybe more with customs.

The masks usually have adjustable straps so they should fit most head sizes okay. I haven't heard of anyone having major fit issues.
